Permission denied — reading the organization object requires an organization- or account-scoped token, and an ordinary API token gets this for every form of the identifier (object id, ~label and the internal numeric id alike). The organization's /devices/ and /dashboards/ sub-resources still return 200, so reach for those when you only need what is inside the organization.
